Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.
Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.
Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.
Luggage means any property travelling with a Passenger but excludes any Goods contained in or carried on board a Vessel;
Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.
passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;
Weeds means all rank and uncultivated vegetable growth or matter that:
Rubbing alcohol means any product containing isopropyl alcohol (also called isopropanol) or denatured ethanol and labeled for topical use, usually to decrease germs in minor cuts and scrapes, to relieve minor muscle aches, as a rubefacient, and for massage.
Cargo means any property carried on an aircraft other than mail, stores and accompanied or mishandled baggage;
Antique firearm means a firearm or replica of a firearm not designed or redesigned for using rim fire or conventional center fire ignition with fixed ammunition and manufactured in or before 1898, including any matchlock, flintlock, percussion cap, or similar type of ignition system and also any firearm using fixed ammunition manufactured in or before 1898, for which ammunition is no longer manufactured in the United States and is not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade.
Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.
Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.
Nighttime means the period between sunset and sunrise.
Tugs means dedicated vessels that push or pull other vessels in ports, harbors, and inland waterways (e.g., tugboats and towboats).
Ashes means so much of the remains of a dead body after the due processes of cremation as may be contained in a standard sized cremation urn;
Properly Shredded Garbage means the wastes from the preparation, cooking, and dispensing of food that have been shredded to such a degree that all particles will be carried freely under the flow conditions normally prevailing in public sewers, with no particle greater than one-half (1/2) inch (1.27 centimeters) in any dimension.
Foreman means a skilled person employed to supervise personnel who work in the
Pressure means the total load or force per unit area acting on a surface.
Disinfection means a process which inactivates pathogenic organisms in water by chemical oxidants or equivalent agents.
Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Moderator means, in connection with this DPA, a verified adult affiliated with and authorized by the Educational Institution to moderate a Student Account or a Classroom, as permitted by the Service.
Intake means “Sanctioned Intake”.
Rubbish means solid or liquid wastes from residences, commercial establishments, or institutions.
