EVENT SET-UP/DECORATIONS: • Exits must be totally accessible at all times. • Decorations SHALL NOT be hung from the walls, ceilings, ceiling fans or light fixtures. No water beads in bathroom sinks. • ABSOLUTELY NO STAPLES OR DRILLS!!! • ABSOLUTELY NO HELIUM FILLED BALLOONS…NO SPOTLIGHTS …NO LIT CANDLES (battery operated ONLY) & NO MATCHBOOKS!!! • Event set-up/decorations must be approved by the Hall Manager. ALCOHOL/LIQUOR: • All beer served must be provided by the XX Xxxx. • All keg beer ordered (tapped and not tapped) must be paid for by the tenant. • Possession or consumption of liquor by a minor and serving to anyone who is intoxicated is PROHIBITED & ILLEGAL. It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform guests of the rules in advance. • All personnel serving any type of alcoholic beverage shall be Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certified or someone in charge to be. • No liquor (tenants) is served after the XX Xxxx bar is open.
