Hair Care Products means products that either (a) have the primary purpose of cleaning human scalp and/or facial hair through the application of a composition with anionic, non-ionic or zwitterionic surfactants, including hair shampoo; (b) have the primary purpose of cleaning or balancing human scalp and/or facial hair through the application of a composition that does not contain surfactants; (c) have the primary purpose of providing lubricity and protection to human scalp and/or facial hair cuticles through the application of either a rinse-off or leave-on composition containing cationic surfactants, waves, long-chain fatty alcohols, silicones or oils, including shaving cream; or (d) have the primary purpose of stimulating human hair growth;

  • Licensee may have the Licensed Products and Ancillary Hair Care Products manufactured by third parties as submanufacturers and distributed by third parties as subdistributors.

  • Licensee shall, however, be entitled to sell off its existing stock of Licensed Products and Ancillary Hair Care Products for a period up to eighteen (18) months following the date of termination and to use up the existing materials for the manufacture of the Licensed Products and Ancillary Hair Care Products and to sell off the so produced Licensed Products within this sell-off period.

  • Further, nothing in this provision shall preclude or limit Defendants from engaging in any and all marketing, public relations, sales and other activities in their normal course of business, or from continuing to dispute the proposition that WEN Hair Care Products are unsafe or that they cause hair loss or hair breakage.
