H Facility Advance means a euro-denominated advance made to Virgin Media Investment Holdings Limited by the Additional H Facility Lender under the H Facility.
L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.
Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.
