GWA Systems definition

GWA Systems means all or substantially all of GWA’s fixed and movable assets including GWA’s real property interests, the water production, treatment, transmission and distribution systems as well as the wastewater collection, treatment and discharge systems owned by GWA whether now possessed or hereinafter acquired as further defined in the Concession Agreement;

Related to GWA Systems

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.

  • Computer Systems means all servers, computer hardware, networks, software databases, telecommunications systems, interfaces, applications and related systems of the Company or used by the Company and its contractors.

  • Data system means a repository of information about licensees, including examination, licensure, investigative, compact privilege, and adverse action.

  • Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).
