GV Facility definition

GV Facility means a telecommunications facility on the GV Network used for the purpose of housing telecommunications equipment, and at which it is possible to interconnect, at a Global Voice ODF, telecommunications networks to any of the fibres comprised in the GV Transferred Assets;
