GUL, definition

GUL, means the group universal life insurance program to be established by Agilent pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 6.7 that corresponds to the HP GUL.
GUL, when immediately preceded by "HP," means the HP Group --- Universal Life Insurance Program. When immediately preceded by "Agilent," "GUL" means the group universal life insurance program to be established by Agilent pursuant to Sections 2.2 and 6.7 that corresponds to the HP GUL.

Examples of GUL, in a sentence

  • You shall be under no obligation to use the payments made by the Company pursuant to the preceding sentence to purchase GUL insurance or to purchase any other life insurance.

  • If the Company discontinues its GUL insurance program, the Company shall nevertheless make the payments required by this Section 7 as if such program were still in effect.

  • The Executive shall be under no obligation to use the payments made by the Company pursuant to the preceding sentence to purchase GUL insurance or to purchase any other life insurance.

  • In addition to the foregoing, during the Executive's employment with the Company, the Company shall (x) provide the Executive with $50,000 of group life insurance and (y) pay to the Executive annually an amount equal to the premium that the Executive would have to pay to obtain life insurance under the Group Universal Life ("GUL") insurance program made available by the Company in an amount equal to (i) twice the Executive's Base Salary minus (ii) $50,000.

  • Effective 12/31/03, payroll deduction support for optional Group Universal Life (GUL) will cease.

  • Effective 7/1/2003, optional Group Universal Life (GUL) through an independent carrier will no longer be offered to new employees.

  • During this Agreement, the Company will offer optional Group Universal Life Insurance (GUL) as follows.

  • During your employment with the Company, the Company shall (i) provide you with $50,000 of group life insurance and (ii) pay you annually an amount equal to two times the premium you would have to pay to obtain life insurance under the Group Universal Life ("GUL") insurance program made available by the Company in an amount equal to $4 million.

  • If the Company discontinues its GUL insurance program, the Company shall nevertheless make the payments required by this Section 7.2 as if such program were still in effect.

  • If the Company discontinues its GUL insurance program, the Company shall nevertheless make the payments required by this Section 7.1.1 as if such program were still in effect.

Related to GUL,

  • Kindergarten means a kindergarten program that conforms to the standards and rules

  • DOH means the department of health.

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.

  • UL means Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.

  • Broadcaster means a person or a group of persons, or body corporate, or any organization or body who, after having obtained, in its name, downlinking permission for its channels, from the Central Government, is providing programming services.
