In addition to the COUNTY'S contractual right to terminate this Agreement in its entirety as set forth above, the COUNTY may also, at its convenience, stop, suspend, supplement or otherwise change all, or any part of, the Scope of Professional Services as set forth in Exhibit "A", or the Project Guidelines and Criteria as set forth in Exhibit "E", or as such may be established by a Supplemental Task Authorization or Change Order Agreement.

Applications for abatement filed prior to the expiration of the Guidelines and Criteria shall be governed by the provisions of these Guidelines and Criteria regardless of any subsequent modification or amendment.
Information that is provided to the County in connection with an application or request for Local Business Preference under these Guidelines and Criteria shall be kept confidential and not be subjected to public disclosure except as required by law, the Texas Attorney General, or by an order of a court.
New drawings, if required, will be set up in accordance with OBO A&E Design Guidelines and Criteria.
