Guest Data definition

Guest Data means any and all information submitted by or authorized for submission by a Guest and provided to the Provider by the Customer in furtherance of the Services;
Guest Data. Any and all information and data identifying, describing, concerning or generated by prospective, actual or past guests, family members, website visitors and customers of casinos, hotels, retail locations, restaurants, bars, spas, entertainment venues, or other facilities or services, including without limitation any and all guest or customer profiles, contact information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences, game play and patronage patterns, experiences, results and demographic information, whether or not any of the foregoing constitutes personally identifiable information, together with any and all other guest or customer information in any database of Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates, regardless of the source or location thereof, and including without limitation such information obtained or derived by Tenant, Services Co, Manager or any of their respective Affiliates from: (i) guests or customers of the Facility (for the avoidance of doubt, including CPLV Guest Data and Property Specific Guest Data); (ii) guests or customers of any Other Facility (including any condominium or interval ownership properties) owned, leased, operated, licensed or franchised by Tenant or any of its Affiliates, or any facility associated with any such Other Facility (including restaurants, golf courses and spas); or (iii) any other sources and databases, including websites, central reservations databases, operational data base (ODS) and any player loyalty programs (e.g., the Total Rewards Program (as defined in the MLSA)).

Examples of Guest Data in a sentence

  • Manager hereby irrevocably assigns to Tenant or Caesars IP Holder, as applicable, all right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property (including any Property Specific Guest Data or Guest Data) that is created, developed or acquired from time to time by or on behalf of Manager and that is Derivative Work of any Managed Facilities IP.

  • Vistana shall notify Starwood immediately if it becomes aware of (i) any breach of confidentiality or security of the Starwood Technology and/or the data (including Guest Data) on Vistana’s network, or (ii) any attempt to breach the security of any networks, software or systems of Starwood or any of its Affiliates, or the disabling, avoidance or circumvention of any access control or security device, process or procedure established or required by Starwood or any of its Affiliates.

Guest Data means non-public, personally identifying information of or related to a Guest, which information includes, without limitation, credit and/or debit card and/or any other payment method details, name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the Guest; “Highly Sensitive Information” is that subset of Personal Data whose unauthorized disclosure or use could reasonably entail enhanced potential risk for the data subject;
Guest Data means all information and data falling within the fields set forth in Exhibit L to the Purchase Agreement, whether stored digitally, electronically, magnetically or in any other format, in the possession, custody, or control of Tenant or its Affiliates relating to Persons who were customers of the Premises at any time during the Term, but only to the extent permitted under applicable law, including the receipt of any required consent from each such Person to the transfer of such information or data to the extent required by applicable law. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, “Guest Data” shall not include (a) any information relating to the Guest Services (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) used by the applicable Person at, or other information relating to the applicable Person generated primarily as a result of such Person’s visitation of, any of the facilities owned or operated by Tenant or any of its Affiliates other than the Premises, (b) any information exclusively originating from participation by a Person in any World Series of Poker event, whether originating from the Premises or otherwise, (c) any information generated or extrapolated as part of or derived in connection with the Caesars Rewards Program (formerly known as Total Rewards Program) or any other customer loyalty program of Tenant and its Affiliates (it being understood that this exception shall not apply to information merely captured by the Caesars Rewards Program or such other customer loyalty program that would otherwise qualify as Guest Data hereunder), (d) any information originating at the Premises to the extent such information relates to activities of such customers at such other facilities owned or operated by Tenant or any of its Affiliates that are not located at the Premises, (e) any information concerning any histories or use of such other facilities which are owned or operated by Tenant or any of its Affiliates that are not located at the Premises, (f) any proprietary information, techniques or methods of Tenant and its Affiliates related to (i) operating and marketing, gaming, hotel and related businesses (including the Caesars Rewards Program and the World Series of Poker events), (ii) designing, selecting, maintaining, operating, marketing, developing and customizing games used in gaming, hotel and related businesses, (iii) methods of training employees in the gaming, hotel and related businesses, and (iv) proprietary business plans, projections, ...
Guest Data means all information, data, and other content, in any form or medium, relating to Guests and any and all information, data, or other content derived therefrom.
Guest Data means all guest or customer profiles, contact information (such as addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and email and SMS addresses), histories, preferences and any other guest or customer information collected from guests or customers or in any database of the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties, or Vistana, Starwood or their respective Affiliates, in each case whether obtained or derived from (i) guests or customers of the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties or any facility associated therewith (including, without limitation, any Sales Galleries, Marketing Facilities or Ancillary Amenities), (ii) guests or customers of any Starwood Lodging Facility or any facility associated with a Starwood Lodging Facility (including, without limitation, any country clubs, spas, golf courses, food and beverage outlets, or gift and sundry shops) or (iii) any other sources and databases, including a brand website, central reservations database, operational database store (ODS), property management system or guest or customer loyalty program (including, without limitation, any Brand Loyalty Program).
