GUARANTOR CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT definition

GUARANTOR CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT means the agreement dated on or around the date of the Supplemental Agreemententered into between the Guarantor and the Agent.
GUARANTOR CONFIRMATION AGREEMENT means the Guarantor Confirmation Agreement in the form of Exhibit B-1, to be executed by each of the Guarantors.
