Guaranteed Net Unit Price definition

Guaranteed Net Unit Price or “Net Unit Price” means, with respect to Covered Product, the amount per unit for each NDC set forth in Attachment A and used in the Supplemental Rebate Calculation, Attachment B.
Guaranteed Net Unit Price. (“GNUP”) or “Net Unit Price” or “Discount Per Unit” means, with respect to Covered Product(s), the amount per unit for each NDC set forth in Attachment A and used in the Supplemental Rebate Calculation, Attachment B.
Guaranteed Net Unit Price. “GNUP” or “Discount Per Unit” means the amount(s) agreed upon by the parties to this Agreement in the attached TOP$sm Multistate Supplemental Drug Rebate Formulae (Attachment B).

More Definitions of Guaranteed Net Unit Price

Guaranteed Net Unit Price or "GNUP" means the manufacturer will rebate the difference between WAC and a set dollar amount.
Guaranteed Net Unit Price or "GNUP" is the net price per unit specified in Attachment A. For products where the basis of the discount is WAC, the GNUP is equal to the per unit WAC of the product less National Rebate and State Supplemental Rebate unit amounts, if any. For products where the basis of the discount is AMP, the GNUP is equal to the per unit AMP of the product less National Rebate and State Supplemental Rebate unit amounts, if any.
