Guarantee Fee Letter Agreement definition

Guarantee Fee Letter Agreement means that certain letter agreement, dated as of December 12, 2008, made by the Company in favor of Indigo Pacific Partners L.P., a Cayman Islands exempt limited partnership, Long Bar Miramar LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, POF II and POF III relating to payment of the Guarantee Fees.
