  • Any Subsidiary may become a party hereto by signing and delivering to the Administrative Agent a Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement, whereupon such Subsidiary shall become a “Guarantor” and a “Grantor” as defined herein.

  • Each Subsidiary of the Borrowers that is required to become a party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.11 of the Credit Agreement shall become a Grantor for all purposes of this Agreement upon execution and delivery by such Subsidiary of a Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Supplement in the form of Annex 1 hereto.
