GSI Inventory definition
GSI Inventory means all inventory (other than the Purchased Entity Inventory) required for, related to, or used in connection with, the business of GSI and its Subsidiaries as conducted by them prior to the Merger Closing, wherever located, including all raw materials and finished goods, whether held at any location or facility of GSI or any of its Subsidiaries or in transit to GSI or any of its Subsidiaries, in each case as of the Merger Closing Date.
