GSE Approval definition

GSE Approval means, to the extent necessary, in connection with the Restructuring Transactions, the approval or non-objection from a GSE, if applicable.
GSE Approval means the approval in a form acceptable to the Corporation from either the Federal National Home Mortgage Association or the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation to become a private mortgage insurer.
GSE Approval means conditional approval by either Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac necessary to permit the Buyer to write private mortgage insurance on terms and in a form acceptable to the Buyer in the Buyer's sole discretion.
