Grove Transaction Documents definition

Grove Transaction Documents means (i) the Grove Acquisition Documents, (ii) the New Senior Subordinated Note Documents, (iii) the Grove Refinancing Documents, (iv) the First Amendment and (v) the other documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Grove Transaction, in each case as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
