Group VI Exchanged Vehicle definition

Group VI Exchanged Vehicle means a Group VI Vehicle that is transferred to the Qualified Intermediary in accordance with the “safe harborprovisions of Treasury Regulation § 1.1031(k)-1(g)(4) and pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Exchange Agreement and thereby ceases to be a Group VI Vehicle.
