Group Value definition

Group Value means the value of the Small Cap Group determined in such manner as Executive and the Company shall mutually agree.
Group Value means the sum of: (i) the Adjusted Net Asset Value, plus (ii) the Premium. “Indemnified Losses” is defined in Section 7.1.
Group Value means the sum of: (i) the Adjusted Net Asset Value, plus (ii) the Premium.

  • S&P Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (A) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent for such Eligible Collateral and (B) the S&P Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in paragraph 13(b)(ii).
