Group Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

Group Services means group benefits, services, and facilities generally made available by Operator at other properties owned or managed by Operator, including, where applicable, business and sales-promotion services; advertising and public relation services; computerized management information services; educational and training programs and facilities; central purchasing and procuring services; employee benefits administration; payroll administration; revenue management services; and risk management services. Group Services does not include Operator’s central office overhead and general office and administrative expenses (as opposed to that of the Hotel). The Operator will not ▇▇▇▇-up the cost of any Group Services.

More Definitions of Group Services

Group Services means services provided by Operator or its Affiliates that are also provided to two or more hotels and inns operated by Operator that are designed to provide cost savings or efficiency, or both, and include, without limitation services for (i) group advertising and business promotion and publicity, (ii) central purchasing and procuring, (iii) credit card association, (iv) central accounting, (v) advice and consulting in connection with the design, planning, and construction of the Hotel and the organization, licensing, and operation of the Business, provided through specialists regularly employed or retained by Operator and its Affiliates, and (vi) any other services now or hereafter furnished by Operator to two or more ​ hotels and inns operated by Operator. Operator shall have sole discretion over all phases of promotion and publicity with respect to the Group Services. ​

Group Services means the Services described in Part 3 of Schedule A;

Group Services means training and supervision of an individual placed with others while engaged in work in an integrated community setting.

Group Services means services delivered in a group setting of two or more youth.

Group Services means job coaching in a group supported employment where services are funded by the Regional Center or DOR. Subject to the limitations provided in Section 3.01(xix)(e) of this Agreement, Owner agrees that the Hotel shall participate fully in all of the Group Services made available to the Hotel by Manager. Owner further agrees that the Hotel shall honor all credit cards issued by Manager and its Affiliates, and that the Hotel's policy regarding association with any other credit card system shall be in conformity with Manager's general policy at the time in effect;

Group Services means the collective reference to A Group Services and B Group Services.
