Group Revenue definition

Group Revenue shall consist of all fees or other compensation actually recorded each month by or on behalf of Group as a result of professional medical services rendered by Group (including Allied Health Professionals) at the Practice Sites. Fee-for-service revenue of Group shall be calculated on an accrual basis, with gross charges for services being reduced by all allowances for bad debts, contractual adjustments, discounts, professional courtesies and compromises or cancellations of accounts receivable of any kind or nature. Capitated Agreement revenue of Group shall include coordination of benefits payments, co-payment amounts, coinsurance amounts, withhold distributions, and stop-loss insurance reimbursements.
Group Revenue means at any time the total revenue at that time of the Group on a consolidated basis as shown by the Issuer’s most recent consolidated annual audited financial statements;
Group Revenue means the “Revenue” reflected in the “Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income” in the latest published group audited annual financial statements of the Group;

  • Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Adjusted gross receipts means the gross receipts less winnings paid to wagerers.

  • Net Revenue means an entity’s total revenue less its operating expenses, interest paid, depreciation, and taxes. “Net Revenue” is synonymous with “Profit.”

  • Adjusted Cash Flow for any fiscal year shall mean Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower for such fiscal year (after provision for taxes) plus the amount of all net non-cash charges (including, without limitation, depreciation, deferred tax expense, non-cash interest expense, amortization and other non-cash charges) that were deducted in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year, minus the amount of all non-cash gains and gains from sales of assets (other than sales of inventory and equipment in the normal course of business) that were added in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year.

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • Recurring Revenue With respect to any Recurring Revenue Loan, the meaning of “Recurring Revenue” or any comparable definition in the related Underlying Instruments relating to recurring maintenance or support revenues, subscription revenues, and recurring revenues attributable to software licensed or sold (excluding one-time license revenues) in the Underlying Instruments for such Loan.

  • Interest Expense means, for any period, the aggregate of the interest expense of Parent and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Cash Flow means, with respect to any specified Person for any period, the Consolidated Net Income of such Person for such period plus, without duplication:

  • Interest Expenses means, with respect to any Person for any period, the sum, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, of (a) all interest expenses of such Person during such period (including interest attributable to Capital Leases) plus (b) all fees in respect of outstanding letters of credit paid, accrued or scheduled for payment by such Person during such period.

  • Annualized Operating Cash Flow means, for any fiscal quarter, the Operating Cash Flow for such fiscal quarter multiplied by four.
