Group Purpose definition

Group Purpose means the purpose for which a Closed User Group carries on its business through (as the case may be) Associates, Brokers or Delivery Service Users.
Group Purpose means use of the Licensed Materials: (i) by the Group Company specified in the Order as having the benefit of the sub-licence to be granted by You pursuant to the Internal Licence; (ii) solely for the purposes of the single Domain Name (belonging to the said Group Company) that is set out in the Order; (iii) solely for the purpose of online sales of Your Group Company’s products to Your Group Company’s customers and for Your Group Company’s customers to access information regarding their account with Your Group Company.
