Group Partnership General Partners definition

Group Partnership General Partners means, collectively, Group Partnership I General Partner and Group Partnership II General Partners (and the general partner of any future partnership designated as a Group Partnership).
Group Partnership General Partners means Group Partnership I General Partner and KKR Group Holdings L.P., and any successor thereto (and the general partner of any future partnership designated as a Group Partnership).

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • REIT means a real estate investment trust under Sections 856 through 860 of the Code.

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
