Group living facility means a public or private non-profit residential setting serving no more than sixteen (16) residents which is certified by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH), under regulations issued in the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1382(e).
