Group II Net Monthly Excess Cashflow. As of any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (x) the Group II Available Funds minus (y) the sum of (i) the sum of the Group II Class A Interest Distribution Amount and the amount described in clause (b) of the definition of Group II Class A Principal Distribution Amount (calculated for this purpose without regard to any Group II Subordination Increase Amount, Group II Subordination Reduction Amount, Group II Subordination Deficit or portion thereof included therein) and (ii) the Group II Reimbursement Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.
