Group 3 Principal Distribution Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the distribution of principal made on the concurrent Security Distribution Due Date in respect of the Class 1992-43- SQ REMIC Certificate held in the Lower Tier REMIC and identified in the Mortgage Security Schedule. Group 3 Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date is the sum of (i) the Group 3 Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the product of (a) the Pool 2 Overcollateralization Increase Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the Group 3 Percentage.
