Group 2 Portion definition
Group 2 Portion. With respect to any date of determination, the portion of the Class Principal Balance of Group C-B Subordinate Certificates related to Loan Group 2, which shall be equal to the excess of the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans over the sum of the Class Principal Balances of the Group 2 Certificates and the Group 15-B Subordinate Certificates as of such date of determination. Group 2 Subordinate Amount: As to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans over (ii) the sum of the Class Principal Balances of the Group 2 Certificates.
Group 2 Portion. As to any date of determination, the ratio equal to the --------------- Group 2 Principal Balance over the Pool Principal Balance.
Group 2 Portion. With respect to any date of determination, the portion of the Certificate Principal Balance of Class C-B-4, Class C-B-5 and Class C-B-6 Certificates related to Loan Group 2, which shall be equal to the excess of the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group 2 Mortgage Loans over the sum of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Senior Certificates related to Loan Group 2 and the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class 30-B-1, Class 30-B-2 and Class 30-B-3 Certificates as of such date of determination.
