Group 1 Tankage definition

Group 1 Tankage means the tanks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Any applicable exhibit or schedule to this Agreement will be updated, amended or revised, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement to reflect any change in the Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment, or Minimum Group 1 Loading Rack Revenue Commitment under this Agreement agreed to in accordance with this Section 4(a).

  • Unless objected to by HEP Tulsa within 60 days of receipt by HEP Tulsa of such proposal, such new Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment, or Minimum Group 1 Loading Rack Revenue Commitment under this Agreement shall become effective as of the date proposed by Xxxxx Tulsa.

  • In the event that the PPI increase for any given year is greater than seven percent (7%), then, in addition to any other applicable increases during such year, HEP Tulsa shall increase the Group 1 Tankage Base Tariff by an additional amount necessary to increase the Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment by the Group 1 Assets OPEX Recovery Amount.

  • Group 1 Tankage Group 1 Tankage throughput shall be determined by the sum of Refined Products shipped on the Pipelines and loaded at the Group 1 Loading Rack.

  • The principal objective of HEP Tulsa is for Xxxxx Tulsa to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment, and to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Group 1 Loading Rack Revenue Commitment.

  • Tulsa East Assets Tulsa Pipelines Base Tariff Tulsa Group 1 Tankage Base Tariff Tulsa Group 1 Loading Rack Tariff Tulsa Group 2 Tankage Base Tariff Tulsa Group 2 Loading Rack Tariff Base Tariff may not be amended until HEP Operating has made capital expenditures of $2,000,000 in the aggregate with respect to the Applicable Assets (excluding the Interconnecting Pipelines) in order to comply with new Applicable Laws.

  • Upon request by HEP Tulsa, Xxxxx Tulsa will provide to HEP Storage-Tulsa written notification of Xxxxx Tulsa’s reasonable good faith estimate of their anticipated future utilization of Pipelines, Group 1 Tankage, and Group 1 Loading Rack as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving such request.

  • The Parties acknowledge the right of first refusal of Xxxxx Tulsa with respect to the Pipelines, the Interconnecting Pipelines, Group 1 Tankage, Group 2 Tankage, Group 2 Loading Rack and Group 1 Loading Rack provided in the Omnibus Agreement.

  • The Parties agree that if they mutually determine to remove a tank included in the Group 1 Tankage or Group 2 Tankage from service, then neither HEP Tusla nor HEP Storage-Tulsa, as applicable, will be required to utilize, operate or maintain such tank or provide the services required under this Agreement with respect to such tank (and there will be no adjustment to the Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment or Minimum Group 2 Tankage Revenue Commitment).

  • Tankage for processing in the Tulsa East Refinery’s distillate hydrotreater shall be subject to the Group 2 Tankage Applicable Tariffs, and the resulting ultra low sulfur diesel fuel produced from the high sulfur diesel fuel and then shipped from the Tulsa East Refinery via either the Tulsa Pipelines or the loading rack located at the Tulsa East Refinery shall be subject to the applicable Group 1 Tankage Applicable Tariffs.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Group 1 All of the Group 1 Certificates.

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.

  • Group III All applicants for employment who have had two (2) or more years' experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market area, and who have been employed in the normal construction labor market area for at least six (6) months in the last two and one-half (2½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

  • Group 1 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated recordkeeping for the UST system.

  • Group II means Series 2017-2 and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group II.

  • Group 2 All of the Group 2 Certificates.

  • Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.

  • Group III Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group III Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group III immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group 5 The Group 5 Mortgage Loans.

  • Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

  • Underground storage tank system means a tank or combination of tanks, including underground pipes connected to the tank or tanks, which is, was, or may have been used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which, including the volume of the underground pipes connected to the tank or tanks, is 10% or more beneath the surface of the ground. An underground storage tank system does not include any of the following:

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing Aboveground Storage Tanks.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group II Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group II immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans comprised of the Group III Loans.

  • Pipeline facilities means new and existing pipe rights-of-way and any equipment, facilities, or buildings regulated under:

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Loan Group II The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group II.

  • Class I area means a mandatory visibility protection area designated pursuant to section 169A of the federal Clean Air Act.

  • Class X-2 Strip Rate With respect to (a) any Distribution Date through and including the February 2006 Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the lesser of (x) the rate per annum corresponding to such Distribution Date as set forth in Schedule III hereto or (y) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date and (b) any Distribution Date thereafter, zero.
