Group 1 Tankage definition

Group 1 Tankage means the tanks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Unless objected to by HEP Tulsa within 60 days of receipt by HEP Tulsa of such proposal, such new Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment, or Minimum Group 1 Loading Rack Revenue Commitment under this Agreement shall become effective as of the date proposed by Xxxxx Tulsa.

  • Any applicable exhibit or schedule to this Agreement will be updated, amended or revised, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement to reflect any change in the Minimum Pipeline Revenue Commitment, Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment, or Minimum Group 1 Loading Rack Revenue Commitment under this Agreement agreed to in accordance with this Section 4(a).

  • In the event that the PPI increase for any given year is greater than seven percent (7%), then, in addition to any other applicable increases during such year, HEP Tulsa shall increase the Group 1 Tankage Base Tariff by an additional amount necessary to increase the Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment by the Group 1 Assets OPEX Recovery Amount.

  • Group 1 Tankage Group 1 Tankage throughput shall be determined by the sum of Refined Products shipped on the Pipelines and loaded at the Group 1 Loading Rack.

  • The Parties agree that if they mutually determine to remove a tank included in the Group 1 Tankage or Group 2 Tankage from service, then neither HEP Tusla nor HEP Storage-Tulsa, as applicable, will be required to utilize, operate or maintain such tank or provide the services required under this Agreement with respect to such tank (and there will be no adjustment to the Minimum Group 1 Tankage Revenue Commitment or Minimum Group 2 Tankage Revenue Commitment).

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.

  • Loan Group 4 The Group 4 Mortgage Loans.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group III.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Loan Group II The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group II.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Loan Group 1 All Mortgage Loans identified as Loan Group 1 Mortgage Loans on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Wastewater treatment tank means a tank that is designed to receive and treat an influent wastewater through physical, chemical, or biological methods.
