Ground Inspection definition

Ground Inspection shall have the meaning described in Article 14.1.1.

Examples of Ground Inspection in a sentence

  • Before the Delivery Date, Lessor shall cause Coopesa to make the Leased Property available for Lessee to conduct a ground inspection of the Aircraft and an inspection of the Aircraft Documents to its satisfaction (collectively, the "Ground Inspection").

  • Promptly following the Ground Inspection, Lessor shall conduct, at Lessor's cost and expense, a delivery check flight (the "Delivery Flight") pursuant to standard test flight procedures, or other such procedures as the parties agree.
