Before the Delivery Date, Lessor shall cause Coopesa to make the Leased Property available for Lessee to conduct a ground inspection of the Aircraft and an inspection of the Aircraft Documents to its satisfaction (collectively, the "Ground Inspection").
Promptly following the Ground Inspection, Lessor shall conduct, at Lessor's cost and expense, a delivery check flight (the "Delivery Flight") pursuant to standard test flight procedures, or other such procedures as the parties agree.
