Ground Coverage definition

Ground Coverage expressed in percentage, means the ratio of maximum allowed built-up area on ground level to the total land area of the Site; and as specified in Schedule 1.
Ground Coverage means built-up area at ground level prescribed as percentage to the total site area;

Ground Coverage means the same as site coverage.
