Gross Price definition

Gross Price means the unweighted average price per barrel of oil or the average price per M.C.F. of gas produced from Ohio wells and first sold during the five-year period ending with the calendar year immediately preceding the tax lien date, as reported by the department of natural resources.
Gross Price means, with respect to a Licensed Product, the unit price, without deduction, actually invoiced by Mundipharma, its sublicensees or its Associates for the sale of such Licensed Product.
Gross Price for each Product means the Gross Price per kilogram for each year of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4 hereof and Tables II A and B, and Tables III A - I, of Exhibit B, subject to the adjustments set forth in this Agreement.
