Gross Internal Area means the gross internal area (or, when implemented, the equivalent International Property Measurement Standard) measured in accordance with the edition of the Professional Statement for Property Measurement issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors current at the date of [this Lease] [measurement];] 9

More Definitions of Gross Internal Area

Gross Internal Area means the gross internal area of the relevant premises
