Gross Fees definition

Gross Fees has the meaning given in [paragraph 2] of the ARP Premium Schedule;
Gross Fees means the fees received by the Franchisor from Customers, including but not limited to any fees for the provision of the Business System and Core Services received by the Franchisor in each relevant Invoice Period pursuant to CLAUSE 16 and not including any fees for Additional Services.
Gross Fees means the price notified by the Council to the Provider for the contracted services.
