Grilling definition

Grilling means the cooking of raw animal products such as meat, poultry or fish or vegetables on a flat top or charbroil style high-heat surface designed for such purpose, but does not include smoking, deep-fat frying, wok or skillet-style cooking, rotisserie-style cooking or any other type of cooking.
