Grievance Policy definition

Grievance Policy means the school’s internal procedures through which a student may formally make a complaint regarding actions of a school and a school may make its response to such a complaint.

Credentials: Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center certifies that Practitioners providing services under this Agreement shall meet all applicable local, state and federal licensing, regulatory, and educational requirements to perform speech therapy.   • Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
