In the event of the absence or incapacity of the Greffier of the States and Deputy Greffier of the States the functions of those offices shall be discharged by an officer of the States Greffe appointed by the Bailiff as Acting Greffier of the States.
Paragraphs (1) and (2) shall not apply to a Jurat or an officer of the Bailiff’s Department or Judicial Greffe passing through those parts of the building giving direct access to the States’ chamber.
Any person may inspect the register at the offices of the States Greffe during normal working hours.
