Green Hatched Black Area means “the Green Hatched Black Area” as referred to under Special Condition No.(28)(a);
Green Hatched Black Area means the Green Hatched Black Area as defined in Special Condition No.(31)(a) of the Conditions; “Greenery Areas (Estate Common Areas and Facilities)” means the greenery areas (including the vertical greening) within the Estate Common Areas and Facilities provided pursuant to the Practice Note for Authorized Persons, Registered Structural Engineers and Registered Geotechnical Engineers APP-152 of the Buildings Department for the common use and benefit of the Owners and occupiers of the Estate and their bona fide guests, visitors and invitees in accordance with this Deed and such greenery areas (including the vertical greening) (if capable of being shown on plans) are shown coloured brown on the “Greenery Plans” certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto; “Greenery Areas (Residential Common Areas and Facilities)” means the greenery areas (including the vertical greening) within the Residential Common Areas and Facilities provided pursuant to the Practice Note for Authorized Persons, Registered Structural Engineers and Registered Geotechnical Engineers APP-152 of the Buildings Department for the common use and benefit of the Owners and occupiers of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors and invitees in accordance with this Deed and such greenery areas (including the vertical greening) (if capable of being shown on plans) are shown coloured yellow on the “Greenery Plans” certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Green Hatched Black Area means the area referred to and defined as “the Green Hatched Black Area” under Special Condition No.(37)(a) of the Government Grant and shown coloured Green Hatched Black on the plan annexed to the Government Grant;

Green Hatched Black Area. The area shown coloured green hatched black on the plan annexed to the Conditions on which geotechnical investigations and slope treatment, landslide preventive, mitigation and remedial works are required to be carried out and completed in accordance with Special Condition (13)(a) of Part A of the Conditions.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;
