Green-e® Energy definition

Green-e® Energy means the national certification program for renewable energy administered by the Center for Resource Solutions, as such program may be amended, supplemented or otherwise changed from time tot time, and about which information can be found at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇-▇.▇▇▇, or successor thereof.

  • This product is comprised of regionally sourced electricity matched 100% with Green-e® Energy (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇-▇.▇▇▇) Certified Renewable Energy Credits (RECs).

  • Green-e® Energy has only certified the RECs, which may be sourced from outside of your local electricity distribution area.

  • The RECs used to support Hero Power Clean Energy are Green-e® Energy certified, and meet the environmental and consumer-protection standards set forth by the nonprofit Center for Resource Solutions.

  • Hero Power Clean Energy Program is a Green-e® Energy certified REC product.

  • Seller and, if applicable, its successors, represents and warrants that throughout the Delivery Term of this Agreement that the Project qualifies as a Green-e® Energy Certified product.

  • SCE and the Independent Evaluator may disclose Confidential Information to Governmental Authorities, the CAISO, SCE’s Procurement Review Group established by the CPUC in Decision ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (“PRG”), and SCE’s advisory Cost Allocation Mechanism Group established by the CPUC in Decision ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (“CAM”), or pursuant to any discovery or data request of a party to any proceeding before the CPUC, Green-e® Energy, FERC or CEC.

  • Customer is solely responsible for determining whether any marketing materials or other public claims made by Customer related to Customer’s purchase of electricity hereunder, including but not limited to Customer’s use, if any, of the Green-e® Energy logo, comply with Green-e® Energy requirements and any licensing agreement between Customer and Green-e® Energy or the Center for Resource Solutions.
