  • The Index Price shall be the mid-point for the most recent published quarter in the Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly under the heading “Midwest Green Coke, Chicago Area, FOB Source.” (in the event Pace Petroleum Coke Quarterly ceases to be published or ceases to include a heading for “Midwest Green Coke, Chicago Area”, the Parties will agree on a substitute Coke index).
