Final Determination Date means the following:
Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Final Determination means the final resolution of liability for any Tax for any taxable period, by or as a result of (a) a final decision, judgment, decree or other order by any court of competent jurisdiction that can no longer be appealed, (b) a final settlement with the IRS, a closing agreement or accepted offer in compromise under Sections 7121 or 7122 of the Code, or a comparable agreement under the Laws of other jurisdictions, which resolves the entire Tax liability for any taxable period, (c) any allowance of a refund or credit in respect of an overpayment of Tax, but only after the expiration of all periods during which such refund or credit may be recovered by the jurisdiction imposing the Tax, or (d) any other final resolution, including by reason of the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations or the execution of a pre-filing agreement with the IRS or other Taxing Authority.
Reasonable payment means, with respect to professional and other technical services, a payment in an amount that is consistent with the amount normally paid for such services in the private sector.
Initial determination means the first child custody determination concerning a particular child.

Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, section 115 of this Tariff.
SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.
Reasonable Costs means the reasonable actual costs and expenses incurred by us in carrying out any further Audit under this Contract, including, but not limited to, reasonable travel and subsistence costs;
reasonable forecast means a forecast prepared by the Borrower not earlier than twelve months prior to the incurrence of the debt in question, which both the Bank and the Borrower accept as reasonable and as to which the Bank has notified the Borrower of its acceptability, provided that no event has occurred since such notification which has, or may reasonably be expected in the future to have, a material adverse effect on the financial condition or future operating results of the Borrower.
Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).
avoidable costs means those costs which would not be incurred by the Licensee if he did not supply the consumers in question, including (but with due regard to the timing thereof all relevant future outlays affected by the decision to supply; and"terms"means all the terms on which a supply of gas is provided or offered, whether as respects charges, methods of payment or otherwise.
Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;
Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).
the specified year means the school year beginning at or about the beginning of September 2023;

Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
