  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.

  • Gross Fair Market Value means the value of the assets of the Company, or the value of the assets being disposed of, determined without regard to any liabilities associated with such assets.

Ordinary Time Earnings for all purposes in this agreement has the same definition as defined by Superannuation Guarantee Ruling 2009/2.   • Total Contract Value means contract value plus statutory dues like GST etc. and any other amount payable under contract.

  • Applicable Market Value has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • Historical Fair Market Value means the volume weighted average price of the Ordinary Shares during the ten (10) trading day period ending on the trading day prior to the first date on which the Ordinary Shares trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive such rights. No Ordinary Shares shall be issued at less than their par value.

  • State average adjusted property tax base per square mile means the sum of

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • aggregate turnover means the aggregate value of all taxable supplies (excluding the value of inward supplies on which tax is payable by a person on reverse charge basis), exempt supplies, exports of goods or services or both and inter-State supplies of persons having the same Permanent Account Number, to be computed on all India basis but excludes central tax, State tax, Union territory tax, integrated tax and cess;

  • rand value means the total estimated value of a contract in Rand, calculated at the time of bid invitation, and includes all applicable taxes;

  • amount when used in regard to securities, means the principal amount if relating to evidences of indebtedness, the number of shares if relating to capital shares and the number of units if relating to any other kind of security.

  • Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.
