Greater Edmonton Area means the Cities of Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and St. Albert, the Towns of Beaumont, Stony Plain, Devon, Morinville, the Hamlet of Sherwood Park, and Leduc County, Parkland County, Sturgeon County and Strathcona County; (j) “Individual Member” means an individual who has applied to become and been confirmed to serve as a Member in their individual capacity: (jf) “Member” or “Membership” means a member as defined in Section 32.01.   • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Taximeter means any device for calculating the fare to be charged in respect of any journey in a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle by reference to the distance travelled or time elapsed since the start of the journey, or a combination of both; and
