Examples of Gratuity in a sentence
The Service Provider shall be solely liable for Statutory Compliance in respect of all applicable laws of land (as amended/replaced from time to time) which interalia includes Central/State Labour laws and Regulations/Rules made thereunder including but not limited to Compliance of provisions of Minimum Wages, Provident Fund, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, Contract Labor (Abolition and Regulation) Act etc.
The provisions of a Sick Leave Credit Gratuity will apply to all municipal employees covered by this Agreement.
Teachers commencing employment after December will not be eligible for Retirement Gratuity.
No Gratuity In addition to the preceding Section 12.8, the Service Provider represents, warrants, and covenants that no officer, director, or employee of ICRC, or any of their immediate family members: (i) has received or will receive anything of value of any kind from the Service Provider, or (ii) has a business relationship of any kind with the Service Provider.
The Retirement Gratuity shall be calculated according to the following formula but shall not exceed of the Teacher’s salary rate at retirement or death; Retirement Gratuity= x A x + x A = Cumulative Sick Leave at pension or death B = Average salary of the best three years of service with this Board.
