graphic representation definition

graphic representation means a representation produced by electrical, electronic, photographic or printing methods and includes a representation produced on a video display terminal; (“représentation graphique”)
graphic representation means the use of drawings, animations, clinical photographs, dramatizations, music or lyrics.
graphic representation means illustrations, photographs, drawings or pictures of infants, young children, child characters, cartoons or any other forms that resemble them, human or not, such as humanized fruits, vegetables, animals and/or flowers, among others.

  • Company Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company expressly and specifically set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as qualified by the Company Schedules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Representations are solely made by the Company.

  • Major Representation means a representation or warranty with respect to the Borrower or the Merger Sub only under any of Clause 18.2 (Status) to Clause 18.6 (Validity and admissibility in evidence) inclusive.

  • Excluded Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
