Graphic Form definition

Graphic Form. Sub-publisher/sub-publishing:
Graphic Form. Written music or text – Visual presentation of the Work in its entirety, in an arrangement, or parts of the Work as text, music or digitalization alone.

Examples of Graphic Form in a sentence

  • As regards payments for licensing in Graphic Form, hiring out of Materials for Hire and payments in respect of sold Editions, statements shall be submitted and distribution effected within 90 days of 31st December of each year.

  • Each Party shall make available Confidential Information received from the other Party to its Affiliates only on a need-to-know basis, and all Persons to whom such Confidential Information is made available shall be made aware of the confidential nature of such Confidential Information, and shall be required to agree to hold such Confidential Information in confidence under terms substantially identical to the terms hereof.

  • Any payment for licensing of the Work in Graphic Form other than the aforementioned shall be allocated in equal shares as between the Author and the Music Publisher.

  • The Music Publisher shall, unless otherwise stipulated in 2.1.2, make the Work available to the public in Graphic Form or by Public Performance/Communication to the Public or by Synchronization or by Mechanization or otherwise or, if applicable, make the Work available to the public in other ways.

  • If copies of the Work in Graphic Form remain with the Music Publisher after expiry of the agreement period, the Music Publisher shall have a non-exclusive right to use the copies upon payment as stipulated in 5.10.

  • The Music Publisher shall perform the following Specific Obligations, i.e. the Work shall be made available to the public: ■ in Graphic Form ■ by Public Performance/Communication to the Public ■ by Synchronization ■ by Mechanization otherwise than by Synchronization, i.e.: .......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Related to Graphic Form

  • Electronic Form means any contemporaneous electronic device such as computer, laptop, compact disc, floppy disc, space on electronic cloud, or any other form of storage and retrieval device, considered feasible, whether the same is in possession or control of the Company or otherwise the Company has control over access to it.

  • Generic form means an electronic or paper form that is not prescribed by a particular municipal corporation and that is designed for reporting taxes withheld by an employer, agent of an employer, or other payer, estimated municipal income taxes, or annual municipal income tax liability or for filing a refund claim.

  • Electronic Format means any document or other means of communication that is created, recorded, transmitted or stored in digital form or in any other intangible form by electronic, magnetic or optical means or by any other computer-related means that have similar capabilities for creation, recording, transmission or storage;

  • Images includes all manner of images and audio recordings of the Undersigned that were captured or created during the period of or in connection with, or that depict or otherwise relate in any way to, any of the activities of the Undersigned during or in connection with the Race, however and by whomever captured, created, or stored, including without limitation films, videotapes, photographs, negatives, prints, recordings, digital files and data, and all reproductions in any form, in any media whatsoever whether now known or hereafter devised, and all derivative works based on any of the foregoing;

  • Media means physical devices or writing surfaces including, but is not limited to, magnetic tapes, optical disks, magnetic disks, large-scale integration memory chips, and printouts onto which covered defense information is recorded, stored, or printed within a covered contractor information system.
