Granting Power definition

Granting Power means the Federal Government or the Government of the States, Municipalities or their agencies and autarchies, responsible for granting public services of monitoring, recovery, maintenance, conservation, operation, implementation and expansion of highways and bridges, object of the Concession Agreements.

  • CLAUSE FIFTEEN — If the Granting Power decrees rationing, the contract liabilities will be governed by the legislation in force and the COMMERCIALIZATION RULES.
