Grant Offer definition

Grant Offer means the details listed in the ARC’s RMS under ‘Funding Offers’ showing the project details and grant amount.  GST has the meaning as given in section 195-1 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

  • Project Start Date: the date upon which works on the Project are to commence, as specified in the Grant Offer Letter.


More Definitions of Grant Offer

Grant Offer means the communication sent by HMRC confirming the Grant Recipient’s application for the Grant and requesting submission of the Grant Claim;
Grant Offer means the screenshot of the grant offer taken from the ARC’s online Research Management System (RMS) set out in Annexure 1. Intellectual Property or IP means all copyright and neighbouring rights, all rights in relation to inventions (including patent rights), patents, plant varieties, registered and unregistered trademarks (including service marks), registered designs, rights in circuit layouts and other rights resulting from intellectual activity (other than moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968).
Grant Offer means the details listed in RMS under ‘Funding Offers’ showing the project details and grant amount. GST has the meaning as given in section 195-1 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000.
Grant Offer means the communication from Us to You offering You a Grant for the Project; Project means the project described in your application to the programme; We, Us and Our means Nottinghamshire Community Foundation and includes those officials and employees acting on behalf of Nottinghamshire Community Foundation; and You and Your means the organisation that We are giving the Grant to, as specified in the Grant Offer, and includes officials, employees and agents acting for You.

Related to Grant Offer

  • Grant Offer Letter means the letter the Authority issued to the Grant Recipient dated [ ], a copy of which is set out in Annex 1 Part A;

  • Increment Offer means a type of Virtual Transaction that is an offer to sell energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Increment Offer results in scheduled generation at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Purchase Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Offer means “proposals” in negotiation.

  • Subsequent Offering means any further issuance of Interests in any Series, excluding any Initial Offering or Transfer.

  • Bona Fide Offer means an actual or genuine offer which includes a specific wage or a training opportunity at a specified place when used to determine whether the parent has refused an offer of training or employment.

  • Sell Offer means an offer to sell Capacity Resources in a Base Residual Auction, Incremental Auction, or Reliability Backstop Auction.

  • First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(e)(1) or Section 11.1(b)(i), as applicable.

  • First Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.4(a).

  • Qualifying Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Offering Notice shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Discount Range Prepayment Offer means the written offer by a Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit K, submitted in response to an invitation to submit offers following the Auction Agent’s receipt of a Discount Range Prepayment Notice.

  • Third Party Offer has the meaning set out in Section 6.4;

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Offer to Purchase means an offer to purchase Notes by the Company from the Holders commenced by mailing a notice to the Trustee and each Holder stating:

  • Repurchase As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.

  • Final Offer means the offer on which a resource was dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection for a particular clock hour for the Operating Day. Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation:

  • First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.

  • Competing Offer means a Tender Offer for Units which (i) is Commenced prior to the expiration of the Offer by a Person that is not an Affiliate (or in the case of Waltxx Xxxeet, as to its Associates only) of any Partner and (ii) has a cash purchase price per Unit that is at least 2% (10% with respect to the first Competing Offer made following the Offer by the Partnership)

  • Offeree means an individual to whom the Committee has offered the right to acquire Shares under the Plan (other than upon exercise of an Option).

  • Transfer Notice means the notice of a proposed transfer of Shares described in Section 8.

  • Offer Form means the Offer Form set out in Part 3 of this Tender Document;

  • Offerees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

  • Offer Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4.1.
