Grant Claim definition
Grant Claim means the payment request claim form submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant;
Grant Claim means a claim for ▇▇▇▇▇ using the Secretary of State’s System on line facility.

The Grant Recipient shall submit within 5 working days following the end of the relevant Instalment Period the Grant Claim together with a copy of Annex 5 (Eligible Expenditure) and any other documentation as prescribed by the Authority, from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated in these Conditions, payment of the Grant will be made within 30 days of the Authority approving the Grant Recipient’s Grant Claim.
The Authority will have no liability to the Grant Recipient for any Losses caused by a delay in the payment of a Grant Claim howsoever arising.
More Definitions of Grant Claim
Grant Claim means a Grant Claim in the form specified by Schedule 7 submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant;
Grant Claim means the payment request form submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant. The form will be in a format, and contain the data, required by the Authority from time to time; Grant Competition Specification means the document titled [xxx] dated [xxx]; Grant Cost Model means the Grant Recipient’s completed forecast expenditure template in response to the Grant Competition Specification, a copy of which is set out in Annex 5; Grant Funding Agreement means these Conditions together with their Annexes;

Grant Claim means the submission for reimbursement by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant, whether submitted on-line or off-line, the form of which is included in the Grant Offer;
Grant Claim means a Grant Claim in the relevant form specified at the Forms and Guidance Portal of the relevant fund, submitted by the Grantee for payment of the Grant, which may be an Advance Grant Claim or an Actual Grant Claim;
Grant Claim means the payment claim form as set out in ANNEX 4 submitted by the Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant;
