Grant Claim definition

Grant Claim means the payment request claim form submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Authority for payment of the Grant;

Grant Claim means a claim for Grant using the Secretary of State’s System on line facility.

Grant Claim means a payment request submitted on the form found at Annex A by the Recipient to the Authority detailing its claim for Eligible Expenditure;

Examples of Grant Claim in a sentence

• The Authority will have no liability to the Grant Recipient for any Losses caused by a delay in the payment of a Grant Claim howsoever arising.

• Unless otherwise stated in these Conditions, payment of the Grant will be made within 30 days of the Authority approving the Grant Recipient’s Grant Claim.
