Grant Beneficiary definition

Grant Beneficiary means any entity eligible to receive a Grant in accordance with eligibility criteria set forth in the Project Implementation Manual (as hereinafter defined).
Grant Beneficiary means the recipient of a Competitive Grant, meeting the criteria referred to in Paragraph C.2 of Section V of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Grant Beneficiary means each of eligible Off-grid Solar Companies under Part 3(a) or Eligible Enterprises under Part 3(b) or Part 4(d)(v) of the Project, together referred to as “Grant Beneficiaries”.

  • The Organisation shall publish, on an annual basis, on its internet site, the following information on Procurement Contracts exceeding EUR 15.000 and all Grants financed by the EU: title of the contract/project, nature and purpose of the contract/project, name and locality of the Contractor or Grant Beneficiary and amount of the contract/project.

  • Without prejudice to the power of the European Commission to exclude an entity from future procurement contracts and grants financed by the EU, the Organisation may impose financial penalties on Contractors and Grant Beneficiaries according to its own Regulations and Rules ensuring, where applicable, the right of defence of the Contractor or Grant Beneficiary.

  • The Organisation is responsible for the implementation of the Action described in Annex I, regardless of whether the activities are performed by the Organisation itself, a Contractor or a Grant Beneficiary.

  • The Organisation is responsible for the implementation of the Action described in Annex I of the Agreement, regardless whether the activities are carried out by the Organisation itself, a Sub-delegatee, an Affiliated Entity, a Contractor or a Grant Beneficiary.


More Definitions of Grant Beneficiary

Grant Beneficiary means an enterprise, or a sole proprietor, registered in the West Bank and Gaza, which meets the selection criteria set out in the POM and is eligible to receive a Market Access Matching Grant, a Capacity Development Grant or a Catalytic Funding Grant, respectively; and “Grant Beneficiaries” means, collectively, all such Beneficiaries.
