Grandfathered Employee means:

More Definitions of Grandfathered Employee
Grandfathered Employee means an employee of a facility who was not fingerprinted pursuant to this statute because the employment commenced before the effective date of the statute (March 31, 1999), and no requirement for fingerprinting has since applied (see paragraph (b)(1) of this section above).
