Grand Prize Drawing definition

Grand Prize Drawing means an event in which qualified players/contestants are awarded prizes in a random manner and as provided in OLC approved procedures.
Grand Prize Drawing. One (1) entry monthly for every $25 net increase in the monthly balance for the member in a Qualifying Bonus Bills Savings account at each month’s end, with a maximum of twenty (20) entries per month per member. Participating members are limited to a total of 240 entries during the Raffle period for the Grand Prize Drawing. Automatic entries will be recorded by Advia Credit Union once the balance is calculated at month’s end, and year’s end processing. Qualifying deposits/balances must be received and posted by Advia Credit Union by midnight Eastern Time on the day of each month-end and the December 31st processing date. Automatic entries are only eligible to win during the drawing period covered.

Examples of Grand Prize Drawing in a sentence

  • A redeemed free winning ticket is eligible for only one Semifinal Grand Prize Drawing.

  • The Grand Prize Drawing winner shall receive the amount indicated, and if that amount is the top grand prize of an annuity worth $1 million, that prize will be payable in 20 equal annual installments of $50,000.

  • A ticket that is not in one eligible group of redeemed free winning tickets may, at the discretion of the Director, remain eligible for a subsequent Semifinal Grand Prize Drawing.

  • If a ticket is rejected during or following a Semifi- nal Grand Prize Drawing, the sole remedy is to select another ticket to replace the rejected ticket in accordance with Lottery procedure.

  • Periodically, as determined by the Secretary and announced by the Director, a Semifinal Grand Prize Drawing will be held using eligible redeemed free win- ning tickets.

  • The Lottery as- sumes no responsibility for a lost or misplaced redeemed ticket not entered into a Semifinal Grand Prize Drawing.

  • At a Grand Prize Drawing, a mechanical device in the shape of two concentric wheels will be used, a smaller wheel directly in front of a larger wheel.

  • The ticket claimed shall meet the ticket criteria under 61 Pa. Code § 819.213 (relating to ticket validation and requirements) to be eligible for a Semifinal Grand Prize Drawing.

  • The wheels will be spun and when the wheels stop, the name of the finalist on the larger wheel will be identified as the Grand Prize Drawing winner and will be entitled to the prize indicated on the smaller wheel.

  • One winning ticket will then be selected from the second selected container and this procedure will be repeated until ten finalists have been selected for each Grand Prize Drawing.

Related to Grand Prize Drawing

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • Downgrade Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • The DRAWINGS / MAPS means the drawing/map or drawings/maps mentioned in NIT and any modifications of them approved by the Employer or any further Working drawings/maps or sketches by the Employer or any further working drawings/maps or sketches which may be furnished or approved in writing by the Employer.

  • Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.

  • LOC means the entity awarded the Championships and entering into this Agreement, having executed the Attached Bid.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means the sum of (x) aggregate amount of the undrawn stated amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit plus (y) the amount drawn under Letters of Credit for which the Letter of Credit Issuer and the Lenders, or any one or more of them, have not yet received payment or reimbursement (in the form of a conversion of such liability to Loans, or otherwise) as required pursuant to Section 2.8.

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Construction Loan means the loan to finance construction of the Apartment Housing, made to Owner by the Construction Lender.

  • Letter of Credit Limit means $5,000,000.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).

  • Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by the Issuing Bank or any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

  • Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • Letter of Credit Maturity Date the date occurring 15 days prior to the Revolving Termination Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Special Drawing Rights and the symbol “SDR” mean special drawing rights as valued by the International Monetary Fund in accordance with its Articles of Agreement”;

  • Letter of Credit Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the aggregate amount of the L/C Issuers’ Letter of Credit Sublimits at such time and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility at such time. The Letter of Credit Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Letter of Credit Subfacility is $25,000,000.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Reserve Draw Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.12(c).
